What to expect
Based on our experiences working with young people and adults who have been victims of violent conflict, the Foundation delivers mentoring and leadership development programmes which are targeted at larger groups of young people and tackle the specific issues of racism and prejudice. In tailoring the programme to the specific issue, the Foundation undertakes significant groundwork with teachers, youth service, young people and community organisations to understand the context of the conflict. The programme incorporates capacity building workshops for teachers, youth service and other agencies and a resource pack which offers activities and methodologies to use with young people post-programme.
How to take part: For a discussion about your particular needs please call the Foundation on 01925 581231 or complete our enquiry form.
